With focus on China, this session will examine the reasons parents send their children to the U.S. for studies. In sum, they are the following:1. honor the (God-given) dignity of my child because the system or culture is trying to take it away.2. shelter and/or restore my child 3. advance socio-economically. In some ways, many of our students are refugees, including those with money.  They are needy.  We should not worry about evangelizing them but to just love them with a wide variety of cups of cold water.
