As the young people we love continue to learn and grow, their relationships with the institutions that raised them will naturally evolve. This session will incorporate honest discussion, and a framework for understanding the challenges and tension we experience as adults as we seek to support young people in their own maturation, especially when their questions, convictions, and passions challenge the status quo of the institutions that we also love [and many of us are employed by].
