There's a lot of studies out there showing how teacher stress and burnout is increasing, as well as a lot of research on how to build a healthier school culture in which teachers feel affirmed and energized in their profession. Come to hear examples of things we do at Grandville Calvin Christian High School - and then to share your own fun practices/traditions! - that help build fellowship and community together as a staff and note the positive effects this has overall on our students, too.
