Time, Workload and Boundaries: How Do We Hold to the Vision?

Digital teaching and learning open up possibilities for meeting student learning needs. Such teaching also presses on time and space boundaries and requires us to navigate new boundaries as Christian communities. This session draws upon a study of a Christian school system and will ask for input from session participants.

This session will review the basic pathophysiology of asthma, the medications to manage asthma, and the situations that tend to make asthma worse. Specific attention will be given to Exercise Induced Asthma identification and management.

Psychopharmacology in the Classroom

This session will provide a brief overview of the medications to treat AD/HD, depression, and anxiety. How the medications work, expected side effects, and what we can and cannot expect from medication management for these disorders will be discussed.
