Dr. Jerry Bergsma is a professor of Kinesiology at Calvin University and the Women's Golf Coach for the Knights. After graduating from Calvin in 1990, Bergsma taught elementary physical education (K-8) in Barrie, Ontario, Canada until returning to Michigan to complete his Master's at Western Michigan University with an emphasis in pedagogy in 1996. Professor Bergsma began teaching at Calvin in 1996 and later completed a doctorate in Educational Leadership at WMU in 2011.
